Use this probe to check the internal temperatures of food. The included pan clip attaches to the side of straight edged saucepan, then simply slide the probe through the pre-punched holes to hold it in place. Ideal for liquids, soups and sauces – as well confectionary cooking such as when making jams and caramel.
