Measuring 27 cm, the perfect size for baking brownies or cakes, pasta bakes and roasting vegetables Made from carbon steel with high sides to keep food contained, the shimmer non-stick coating ensures food is released without mess. Complete with a textured base for better aeration this pan is oven safe upto 220 °C/Gas Mark 7. Simply wash with warm soapy water after use and dry with a soft cloth to preserve the finish.
